Marine Le Pen et plusieurs hauts cadres du Rassemblement National (RN, ex-FN) viennent d’être condamné·e·s dans une vaste affaire de détournement de fonds européens. La réaction du RN contre le jugement rappelle son caractère anti-démocratique.Mais il est un autre domaine dans lequel le RN tente de masquer ses fondements : celui de l’antisémitisme. # L’extrême-droite est structurellement antisémite Le RN adopte depuis plusieurs années une stratégie de “dédiabolisation” , pour faire taire l’accusation d’antisémitisme et ainsi faciliter son accession au pouvoir. Mais derrière l’image d’un parti protecteur des Juifs·ves, l’extrême droite, évidemment raciste, reste structurellement antisémite . On peut donc qualifier les décisions de justice de produits issus de rapports de forces sociaux (la littérature à ce sujet est abondante).Si la gauche peut se réjouir du jugement rendu à l'encontre de Marine Le Pen, c'est bien parce qu'elle n'a pas su la vaincre autrement, ce qui n'est pas très réjouissant. Devoir s'en remettre à un outil de domination de la société telle qu'elle est (oppressive, de classe, etc., comme chacun voudra) quand on veut transformer cette société qui produit l'extrême droite n'est en rien une victoire.La réaction de la France insoumise, par contre, n'est pas une réaction critique de la société de classe, mais bien une demande de privilèges pour une certaine classe, la classe politique ; un réflexe que partagent la droite et l'extrême droite.Note ; acab et vive les juges ne sont pas compatibles.
