#Trump does not have the power to write laws unless we & federal and state legislatures give it to him.
He can "declare" whatever he wants, but that declaration means nothing unless we allow it.
He's controlling by fear & intimidation because Congress is complicit.

declare war. decide how federal money will be spent. interpret laws. choose Cabinet members or Supreme Court Justices without Senate approval...
