EVGA Precision sometimes drops my GPU to "Power 25%" on this menu, massively underclocking my GPU. I have no idea why it does this and without checking daily, I only notice when a game runs like garbage
What on EARTH causes this. None of my profiles are set like that. All of them are copies of the same profile to try and stop this, actually
@TheZeldaZone Is it overheating? Can happen for lots of reasons - thermal paste is getting dry, or the fan has a loose connection, or the airflow's getting blocked by a cat, etc.
May be worth having a monitor window open so when it happens you can check its vital signs.
@TomF it shouldn't be it hasn't been in use and it seems to do this after reboot.
I did have to hard power off my PC before it though because the GPU likes to never connect to a display again after turning off displays sometimes. Very frustrated at that
