@bossito The only reason I can think of is tourists and other travellers that may not have a data plan (or have high roaming costs). But yeah, it seems something useful 20 years ago, not today.
@arroz the tram is already free like all public transport in Luxembourg, it's good to see that they keep investing in public transportation improvement but.. this one I pass, too pricy too little gain. Plus there is free wifi across town.
