Ethics = power dynamics trade-offs.
No trade-offs usually means no ethics which usually shows up as all power concentrated at the top of a hierarchical structure with coercive, corrosive, dictatorial and authoritarian behavior.

I mean actively practiced power dynamics trade-offs AKA ethics.
Listing and defining power dynamics trade-offs are littered all over (laws, governance, corporate literature, code of conduct, etc.) but not actually practiced - “empty gestures” and “lip service”.
@dahukanna maybe I should have use ‘acknowledged and practiced’ instead of ‘defined/listed’ indeed, but I think we mean the same thing (and I totally agree)
