@hanse_mina it's a bit like popping popcorn
@hanse_mina
This looks to me like entirely different places.
I think the zoomed in version is of the upper left, but it is rotated and I had to enlarge the photo and compare buildings and roads
@ronpar
Ah, you're right. It's only a very small section of the whole site. Thank you!
@aerofreak @ronpar @hanse_mina but still, that doesn't look like the actual storage locations. The FIRMs red dots align nice to the storage location. All that secondary explosions and the couple of big explosions would suggest there is a lot more damage.
@Walter8100000
I don't see very much damage either in this image detail. The bunkers seem to be further south.
@aerofreak @Walter8100000 @ronpar @hanse_mina I may be mistaken, but this image looks to me like a “before” image with smoke and fires added by photoshopping or AI. For instance: it’s weird that there is smoke /except/ over the fires, so that flames are clearly visible. Also: very little debris visible.
@ArtHarg @aerofreak @ronpar @hanse_mina Hanse fixed the images. It's much clearer now. Most of the smoke is coming from forest fires lighted by flying ammo.
@hanse_mina Ah, found it on the larger map. Not exactly the main area:
@hanse_mina Makes me wonder how safely the Russian munitions were stored. After all, these drones don't usually pack the kind of punch that rockets, heavy artillery, or bombs do. I also have to think about Ukrainian intelligence, which must have been good for the UAVs to have such an impact.
