Wish plex just let you shuffle trailers of movies in your collection.
It’s kind of fucked up how I won’t be able to watch all the things worth watching in my lifetime, or even get particularly close. In fact, I’ll be way closer to none than all. I mean, that’s fucked, right?
It's so frustratingly close: Plex lets you play shuffled trailers before movies. But that's not what I want. When I know what movie I want to watch, and pick it, I want to watch it then, ideally without random trailers first. When I don't know what movie I want to watch, I'd like to shuffle trailers for movies in my collection. This seems obvious?

I’ve had this thought too about all the piano music worth playing. I think it’s beautiful. How depressing it would be to think one might ever run out! How blessed we are to live in a world of such creative abundance! And what hope it gives for the world to think that, despite everything that might cause us despair, people have created more beauty than anyone can possibly ever know.
