#PhotoOfTheDay is the large cheese aging room, Oakdale Cheese & Specialties, California. A family business, they've been making their cheese - mostly gouda - for four generations. We like to stop in when we're in the area.

@croyle I've done so many road trips -my favorite thing to do really- but never a tour of dairies to explore cheeses. I feel strongly I must do this as soon as possible!
