Our 10 year old has shown an interest in animé.
Tried him with Kiki’s Delivery Service. He didn’t actively hate it, but after 30 minutes he had had enough.

@AOTAS I love Kiki but it might be that not enough happens in it, it all seems quite low stakes for a kid’s movie these days. My 10 year old has watched a few of them with me and really likes Howl’s Moving Castle. Spirited Away freaks her out a bit. She does like Totoro for the cuteness.
@AOTAS I think when I was 10 I was probably watching Outlaw Star? Maybe he'll like that.
Of course, when I was working for a school district, all the kids that age were in to Naruto and Boruto. But then he might start running around funny.
