This is batshit crazy to anyone who knows IT security and/or labor laws around progressive discipline. Introducing a third party sending out emails with work directives is extremely dangerous and confusing. You could get fired for not complying although you should be fired if you do comply, breaking security rules. Theyre creating lose/lose situations so they can just fire whoever they want and will take years to litigate if at all.
