Hello Mastodon, this is my #introduction to the site. I've grown weary of the way Meta (FB/IG) run things for awhile now, and with the rise of Trumpian Fascism and Big Tech behind him, I'm migrating the hell off those apps.
I am a public school music teacher and have a dozen or so hobby/side-hustles too, but mostly these days it's farming and DJing.
I just want to live in a nice world.

Welcome! I think you will find a lot of similarly minded people here. I deleted all Meta apps and X and haven't looked back. This is a better place. Enjoy!
