Baking a marbled chocolate-pumpkin cheesecake for dessert tonight.
I learned some good technique for marbling for next time.
The cheesecake was fairly disaster free. Only turned the oven off and not down (caught before putting it in), and mistook my half-pound cream cheese bricks for full pound (caught while adding eggs and the mix was soupy).
Aaaaand just noticed I’d left the 50-year-old oven on preheat. Eep! #Baking #Thanksgiving
