In one day I already got more of it than the last year on instagram!!
I am not much a planer with my #landcapephotography but the only exception are event like moonrise.
I waited about 5 years from the moment i noticed this tree and the moment the condition were right. Combining a cloudless sky and full moon rising just after sunset.

Did you fail many times in those 5 years before you got this? You must have stories of all the times this went wrong.
@sysop408 thank, I actually missed only once beacons of late clouds. But after I really waited the right time to not have to drive there for nothing ;)

There are a lot of forced perspective shots, so many of which are just ordinary. This one is not one of those, it is beautifully composed, with outstanding thoughtfulness.
