@KissAnne I actually must thank you. We've wondered for years what Germoe's heritage is (she was found in a recycling bin so we don't know where she came from). We'd assumed she was a Norwegian forest cat mix, but your alt text led us to do some reading and she's almost certainly Siberian.
@roadriverrail I'm so sad she was abandoned. I'm glad you took her. 
@KissAnne We don't quite know what happened, but we suspect she wasn't abandoned intentionally. She was just a tiny kitten at the time and some mix-up got her separated from her mother. But she's had 14 years of the best comfort and care we can give.
