Scammers will switch to obtaining legitamate user accounts to create bot accounts just like they already do with Discord (who do not even have users pay to post) and YouTube.. If anything, this may make it even worse as users with a verified badge and business accounts may be obtained for scammers to use. If you want to solve this, you need to solve other issues, not just have people pay.
