The quote says "An overdose on painkillers and heroin is a direct result of the body stopping breathing. While Naloxone should always be the first response to an overdose, oxygenating the blood cells can be absolutely vital. To perform rescue breaths, tilt the head back at an angle to open the airways and administer one breath every five seconds for two minutes. 1 breath / every 5 seconds / for 2 minutes. If there is still no signs of breathing, administer a second dose of Naloxone.
