To make it simple, here are 2 things that are wrong with Trotskyists: 1. They believe in "permanent revolution," that creating socialism is only possible through simultaneous revolutions in multiple countries, which is overly idealistic, dismissive of the practicalities of achieving socialism, and is a completely unrealistic expectation to have as a revolutionary goal. 2. They are staunchly against bureaucracy, again not realizing the practicalities of achieving socialism and that certain levels of bureaucracy are necessary to effectively govern a socialist state.

I'm not in Quebec, but there is a group called "Parti communiste du Québec (PCQ)," which is a Marxist-Leninist party.
