Guilty as charged.
Though I know the importance of not rushing into the day, too often I enter it with my mind on the chores, and easily pass by the silence and calm of morning.
But when I remember to stop, if even for a moment, and feel the coolness of the air, listen to the birds, and notice the fresh and fragile wildflowers, I am blessed by nature's gifts.
