A key problem with Rachel Reeves plan to save £5bn by cutting disability benefits eligibility is that many of those costs will need to be picked up by Councils (who are already in grim budgetary position).
So not only is this a policy penalising the vulnerable to free up money for defence, it will also likely compound local problems while ensuring for many disabled people any (posited) reforms of the system will be way too late to help them.
Its a disgrace!

After 15 years of austerity, there's just not much fat on the bone anymore. Everyone can see that.
I'd rather see #Labour shut down some #Tory grifts and focus on building revenue with more #TaxTheRich
But heck, I don't own a newspaper to pressure the government into doing what I want.
