Beyond the headline, one man, a U.S. citizen, was picked up a couple miles from my house, handcuffed, and held for over 10 hours before being released with no way home. No record of his arrest exists. How many stories like these are there nationwide?

At this point, we really need to reflect on why 'law enforcement' would need to detain someone for 10 hours without a single record.
