A Pain Pack is 1g of paracetamol added to 400mg of ibuprofen. Excellent published studies show that such a Pain Pack can equal 2mg of Morphine Sulphate when addressing minor and moderate pain.

If the standard Pain Pack isn’t working, then the next dose in six hours can be the #Extreme Pain Pack, which is 75mg of diclofenac (Voltaren) with 1g of Paracetamol. But this combination can be damaging to your kidneys, so be cautious.
