Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee has reminded people in Lebanon that they are “prohibited” from travelling south in their country.

Kinda the core of the Palestinian problem. They were never granted sovereignty, and as such, get bossed around by an entity that is not their own government, and who is overtly (actively at war with) hostile to them.
I can't feel more disgusted with western governments than I do now, or more hopeless for any lasting peace in the Middle East as long as there is fossil fuel to be extracted there.
