@photovince Sorry but unfortunately yes : here (in France) too many newspapers and TV channels have called it a "controversial" or "ambiguous" gesture. Or now say that he is "accused of having made a Nazi salute", opening the way to a "debate" which has no place to be taking place, and leaving the way to Musk's response.
Few have clearly and right away described it as the Nazi salute that it is, without debating this.
