You want to see blatant disregard of law just visit Anaheim California just south of Disneyland between Chapman and Orangewood on Harbor Blvd any night and especially on weekends. Car racing is legal and if there's no parking you can park in front of fire hydrants or red zones. The police just sit there and watch. I work at a hotel on harbor and guests are amazed Anaheim allows this.

Wow what timing, several ambulance and rescue cars just went by, another accident, it happens often here it's amazing that Disneyland doesn't seem mind that Anaheim allows this. People are getting injured but no one cares.
