If you've been following Laffy (and if you aren't then you should) she has switched instance/server and you'll probably need to re-follow.
@mvario @GottaLaff There’s a thing at @FediTips about completing your instance move, you need to go back and do a little jiggling to instruct the old account to export (or your new account to import) all the old followers. Took me an extra day-ish to finish but everyone came along. #moveInstance #AskFedi #movingservers

He does that a lot, btw, which is one reason we can be sure he truly cares about users.
