The weird title comes from mysterious posters appearing in Haugesund city during the late 80s. These posters were ads for a just as mysterious band called Joe Hannes and the Tres Wanceros, and also invited to membership to Haugesund's porn flick club. A bizarre but memorable chapter in the local popular lore nobody knows was real or a joke.
