My #Ultrahuman ring called me out today. Stress going into going to bed is particularly hard on me. It eats up my rest and my dreams. I often wake with a terrible feeling in my gut and it can be hard to look forward to things in the day ahead - even if I was just looking forward to them....
11/30 is not a great input, and if I want a better outcome, I'll need to do things differently. Let's start today.
