Guys anyone know more about this? Can we trust Nina ? Is it actually really bad? https://medium.com/@collegehill/i-dont-know-who-needs-to-hear-this-but-nina-protocol-is-a-sketchy-nft-platform-b7af5185e2cf
@xeniaxamanek always got bad vibes
@xeniaxamanek I swear that I tried to read it, again and again... and at the end of the day I thought that those allegations are mostly pointless, aren't they? I mean, it's ok to complain about a lack of transparency etc. if they are missing to specify something in their FAQs, but, question: should we cancel music from Planet Earth - both the digital one and the physic formats - to be more environmentally sustainable?
@xeniaxamanek yes hosting must be decentralised asap
@xeniaxamanek I personally see Nina more like a proof of concept or work in progress rather than a final product. Yes there were some sketchy practices mentioned that some of them (in particular the solana wallet and proof of work) are results of bad design/planning, but to me it resembles more 90s internet where everything was chaotic but still very practical, just need some more guards. It's more about a technology or a concept that hasn't fully matured rather than actually really bad
