Please by all means use this in-person opportunity to point other human rights defenders #HRD to the #Fediverse, too.

Compared to an outright hostile environment like X, they might find more allies and multiplicators here. It is a pity that many voices get oppressed on the very platforms they chose for speaking about their activism.
