Babies 'R' Us experience opens in Columbus-area Kohl's - Stephanie Thompson

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — New and expecting parents in the Columbus area now have an additional in-person shopping option when preparing for their child's first years.

Retail chain Kohl's has announced that its third Babies “R” Us experience in central Ohio opened this September in Pickerington. In a message to NBC4, the company said its store at 175 Postage Circle in Pickerington will feature a "curated assortment of trusted baby brands." Kohl's also noted consumers will find "thousands of new products across 90 brands."

All Columbus-area Babies “R” Us experiences are now open, including:
• New Albany/Gahanna, 4865 N. Hamilton Rd., Columbus
• Pickerington, 175 Postage Cir., Pickerington
• Grove City, 1548 Stringtown Rd., Grove City

Customers searching for infant items will be able to see and touch products on display like strollers, car seats and bassinets helping them make crucial decisions when investing in baby gear.

On its website, Kohl's listed the brands shoppers can expect including:

• Baby Gear: Baby Bjorn, Britax, Chicco, Halo, Maxi Cosi, Nanit, Safety 1st
• Activity & Toys: Baby Einstein, Fisher-Price, Itzy Ritzy, Skip Hop, Lamaze
• Bath: Aveeno, Burt’s Bees, Frida Baby, Hello Bello, Honest, Johnson’s Baby
• Furniture: DaVinci, Storkcraft, Graco, Delta Children, Sealy
• Accessories: Baby Brezza, Boon, Dr. Brown’s, EZPZ, Itzy Ritzy, MAM, Munchkin, Oxo Tot, Philips Avent

Additionally, the company said an online Babies “R” Us at Kohl’s registry will be available and Kohl’s Rewards members will earn rewards for any Babies “R” Us purchases, as well as earn and redeem Kohl's Cash on all merchandise.

Beyond the Babies "R" Us area, a new section for expecting moms will also be positioned near the shop. Motherhood will be the retailer's "exclusive in-store maternity brand, which offers expecting mothers quality basics and options for every occasion," according to the company. Other baby brands like Nike Baby Essentials, Huggies and Just Born have been added to stores and Little Co. by Lauren Conrad, is also expanding to more Kohl's locations, according to the chain.

Kohl’s announced its partnership with WHP Global, the owner of the Babies “R” Us brand, on its website in March. The full list of Babies “R” Us at Kohl’s can be found on the department store's website.

Wisconsin based department store giant Kohl's is opting out of sponsoring Donald Trump's Republican National Convention.
The eetail giant announced that it refuses to sponsor ANY Republican National Convention events in their home town of Milwaukee where they opened their first store in 1927.

Let's hope other retailers follow their lead.

Das es in der ehemaligen „#DDR“ ein erhebliches Protestpotenzial gibt, sieht man an der Erfolgen der @AfDnee , @dielinke Hat es bisher nicht geschafft diesen Protest aufzugreifen und zu kanalisieren, zusehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt🙄

Free drop offs, you say...? Not with UPS, and since I don't have a car to drive, going to or or will cost me (or you).

hasn't been available as a possible drop off for some time now, which is troublesome with how universally easy it is to use.

Conspicuously absent from the drop off sites... are Amazon's own locker locations!

I have to now start asking myself - exactly why am I paying for ?
