I have three months to sort myself out. I've been relying on #Guinness to do a lot of the heavy lifting but, what with the national shortage, my iron levels are not quite high enough for me to safely #DonateBlood
Which is a bit of a pain in the whatnot because that was going to be my good deed for the year.
In any case, I'll say this: no Irishwoman should be sent home from a blood donation facility with a leaflet about brown rice.

Last week, the president of the small nonprofit where I work gave everyone today off with pay; we already have the 24th and 25th off. I had planned on working and therefore had no other plans. Since I was free and had no commitments, I decided to donation blood at a local blood drive.
