I'm nearing 500 followers, which is really cool. Thanks for following me, whether it's because of my Linux stuff, Debian, Buddhism, psychedelics, anarchism, syndicalism, or because you support me being gender-fluid and bisexual.
Thanks again! I genuinely appreciate all of you, except for fascist scum, who get blocked immediately.
Any PeerTube instances open for signup that welcome radical leftist anarcho-syndicalist bisexual gender-fluid individuals?
Listen — coalition governments and parliamentary monarchies are no basis for a system of governance.
Supreme power derives from a mandate from the working class, not from some farcical electoral ceremony or hereditary privilege propped up by tradition.

As an anarcho-syndicalist, I believe centralized authority inevitably creates unjust hierarchies. Federated, worker-run unions and federalist communities can organize society fairly without states or capitalism.
Sweet dreams, comrades!
Hey all, just a heads up: I'm an anarcho-syndicalist with a passion for freedom software, Debian GNU/Linux. I carry a bootable Debian USB drive with me, so if you're running Windows, you might want to keep your laptop closed around me.
I'm not saying I'd ever "accidentally" wipe your Windows install with a dose of open source, but... well, actually, I'm not promising anything either.
Yes, I have political takes, talk Linux, and share LGBTQIA+ content.
21:03—Good Night #Fediverse!
I'm logging off for today, spending the rest of my evening with #FreeTube being broken, so it's #YouTube instead.
DENNIS:
I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week.
ARTHUR:
Yes.
DENNIS:
But all the decision of that officer have to be ratified at a special biweekly meeting.
ARTHUR:
Yes, I see.
DENNIS:
By a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs,--
ARTHUR:
Be quiet!
DENNIS:
--but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more--
ARTHUR:
Be quiet! I order you to be quiet!
WOMAN:
Order, eh -- who does he think he is?
ARTHUR:
I am your king!
WOMAN:
Well, I didn't vote for you.
ARTHUR:
You don't vote for kings.
WOMAN:
Well, 'ow did you become king then?
ARTHUR:
The Lady of the Lake,
[angels sing]
her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur.
[singing stops]
That is why I am your king!
DENNIS:
Listen -- strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
ARTHUR:
Be quiet!
DENNIS:
Well you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!
ARTHUR:
Shut up!
DENNIS:
I mean, if I went around sayin' I was an emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me they'd put me away!
ARTHUR:
Shut up! Will you shut up!
DENNIS:
Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system.
ARTHUR:
Shut up!
DENNIS:
Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system! HELP! HELP! I'm being repressed!
ARTHUR:
Bloody peasant!
DENNIS:
Oh, what a give away. Did you here that, did you here that, eh? That's what I'm on about -- did you see him repressing me, you saw it didn't you?
I like to simplify Anarcho-syndicalism as a strategy for anarchism focused on radical industrial labor unions. Basically it achieves anarchism by a union of all workers banding together, going on a general strike, and eventually seizing the workplace for themselves, which their union manages together.

Spent most of the day outside in the sun, and it was pretty eye-opening to see how consumerism and capitalism still manage to be present even on a Sunday when most stores are closed.
I'm totally worn out from walking around today, so I'm going to bed early.
I have to clarify that Anarchists have historically supported community-driven healthcare systems, not necessarily state-provided 'free healthcare.'
During the Spanish Civil War, they established worker-controlled health initiatives as part of a broader effort towards self-management and mutual aid.
If you're not interested in my discussions about anarcho-syndicalism, LGBTQIA+ rights, or computer operating system memes, don't worry!
You can follow me on Pixelfed, where I post without the political or tech-related content.
Capitalism's is making me more radical, but I'm surviving in this flawed system. My mom might blame my autism or vitamin levels for my radical views, but the truth is, I'm fed up with top-down structures claiming to know what's best for me.
I'm radical because no one understands my needs better than I do. That's why I'm drawn to anarcho-syndicalism. It envisions a society built on worker-controlled unions and federations, where people collectively decide what to produce based on actual needs. It aims to replace hierarchical systems with democratic, bottom-up organization in both workplaces and communities.
Anarcho-syndicalism isn't just about labor rights; it's a revolutionary strategy for transforming society. It seeks to create a world where workers directly control the means of production and distribution, eliminating the need for both bosses and state bureaucracies.
Yes, I advocate for abolishing the state as we know it. The more I microblog about it online, the more it sparks real-life conversations!
Guess it’s obvious I’m an anarchist. Was it my anarcho-syndicalist posts, my disdain for the political system, or all those wage slavery memes?
So, what are you waiting for? Unionize already! Join a syndicalist union and take matters into your own hands.
Yes,
I have anti-militaristic views.
Working for bosses who profit from our labor is messed up. We should be making things for our own communities, not some far-off company.
Imagine if we organized our local communities ourselves. No more orders from above. We could decide what to produce based on what people actually need.
