以前在老家经常吃茄子，老家的茄子是圆茄，有青有紫的，很大，没什么籽，有一种烧茄子很好吃，大茄子块裹面炸过，再加糖醋汁烧，甚至像吃肉，吃米饭绝配。

来了广东都是长茄，很少买，广东人喜欢吃肉末炒茄子、咸鱼茄子煲，后者也可以叫鱼香茄子，但不同于川菜鱼香茄子没有鱼，这个是真有鱼，但茄子是都要先过油很不健康，我想微波炉叮，能否达到相同效果。
