Listening to a literal tech journalist say the words "I couldn't figure out how to use it, literally, I couldn't figure out how to get onto it." about Mastodon and thinking how the hell does this dude actually have a job in tech?

@Gargron It was in the latest episode of Land of the Giants podcast "The Twitter Fantasy" where they were asking people about other platforms they've tried. I imagine the experience was probably from a while ago. Maybe they tried once, ages ago, and never tried again. It's just disappointing to perpetuate the myth that Mastodon is difficult. The onboarding is great now though. I can't imagine anyone not being able to easily sign up these days. Well done on that front!
