I am not saying that the impact of doing all that on e.g. the global amount of precipitation or the climate will be measurable.

All this passive cooling instead of using A/C would have a huge impact on energy usage.
I reckon that if we could capture and store the #AtmosphericRiver and #Flashflood/#Monsoon-type #rainfalls regionally, that would also be a huge game-changer.
