I was off sick today (migraine this morning) but felt better this afternoon, so I have made a large pork pie for dinner.
Here it is straight out of the oven. I still need to pour the jelly in, but I’ll let it cool a little first.
@dadegroot Cut it and show the insides. I am curious.
@yrabbit Patience grasshopper, I have only just poured in the jelly and now it has too cool.
@yrabbit this was a bit of a cheats pork pie, I used roast pork leftovers and no minced pork so the inside consistency isn’t “correct”.
Still tasty though.
