@itsfoss I use GIMP. When I have to sign a PDF, I open it in GIMP and sign the PDF document.

@itsfoss I use PDF Sam a lot... but I like that there are titles in your list I did not know exist... I will give them a try!
@itsfoss Emacs. I also use Brave/Librewolf for viewing the PDFs and LO Draw for editing them.
@itsfoss Okular for my daily needs, and Master PDF for more advanced tasks.
