@thomasfuchs What’s more bizarre to me, however, is countries where some places do the time change and other places don’t. (Come to think of it, I’m not sure Canada isn’t the same… )
And if I’m not mistaken, there’s some southern state where most of the state doesn’t observe time change, but a small region of it does, and a smaller region within that region doesn’t again. Or maybe it’s the reverse. But the colour-coded map of time changes in that area looks like a bullseye.
@reay @thomasfuchs Arizona. The Navajo reservation does DST. But there’s Tuba City, which is surrounded by, but not part of, the rez, and operates on State of Arizona time, which is always MST. Or so I’ve been told.
