@_elena interesting observations. I am one of those elder people who does respond to children and other people who smile and engage briefly in public spaces. Your idea to be present with your daughter and limiting your digital life is wise. Your daughter will appreciate this as she ages.

Something I kept from the pre-internet era is to keep doing things with my hands, building objects or alike. Even if it's something small, it's like your hands bring you back to the real world no matter what. I'm sure your little one does that naturally :)
