I'm thinking of wiping my Ubuntu VPS (the one with the botched Ghost installation) and re-installing Ubuntu with Coolify on it. No point if fixing my Ghost installation if I have it running on a server that only has command lines to do any tweaks. As a newbie, I would be very much afraid of being stuck if I ever run into issues. So listening to your episode now... and I may install Coolify later today.
