@andresdiaz for a breakfast meal you can try Shakshuka which is relatively easy to cook.
Chop onions and fry them for 1-2 mins to reduce the “spicyness” of the onions.
Add sliced tomatoes or canned tomatoes, let them melt a bit. Reduce the heat.
Add chopped or mashed garlic for the taste and some spinach.
Break the eggs and put it on top.
Cover with the lid and reduce the heat.
Wait until the eggs are cooked on the top side, but try to leave the yolks semi cooked to leave the “juice”.
