The US supreme court just reinenterpreted the 14th amendment - trump shouldn't even be allowed anywhere the presidency, but here we are.

but crazy shit gets them more attention for advertisers and data mining. the companies that favor crap will win the market. live filtering means large platforms will have a huge say on what's considered true. that's not good for civics/journalism either. again, we need decentralization and no ads or algos.
