NVIDIA 535.154.05 for Linux brings a few bug fixes https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/01/nvidia-53515405-for-linux-brings-a-few-bug-fixes/
Turns out, this is wrong. NVIDIA (for at least the third time now) copy-pasted their changelog from the previous version. Have contacted them for more info.
@gamingonlinux I wonder if it finally fixes apps like wezterm not starting with Wayland (because the Nvidia driver includes some pixel formats from the tegra platform that are invalid outside of it, or some obscure thing like that ). I'll try :)
@gamingonlinux I still need to open a terminal (or any other window) set it to always on top, drag it in a corner so I don't see it at all, to be able to play starfield on Linux. Without a window overlayed on top (even if moved out of the way) the game freezes. Otherwise it works (sort of) at about 35-40 fps.
@gamingonlinux
I wonder, are they obscuring what is inside commits or just the "generate release-notes" script broke?
