Microsoft is blocking Firefox login with FIDO2 key on office dot com https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1824831
@nixCraft good
get rid of MS
@nixCraft How is this not a violation of #NetNeutrality?
I hope @bsi will ask #Microsoft about this #discrimination of @mozilla #Firefox.
@nixCraft from the very beginning
@nixCraft been there unfortunately.. UA change should do the trick. Also, you can bug them on github, as seen here: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/112532
The best solution is to not use windows.
@SpaceLifeForm a very "vegan" kind of reply that you are giving here... see comment 6: it also happens on Linux. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1824831#c6
My bad. I meant to say that you should not use Microsoft infrastructure.
It sure looks like a Javascript attack to me.
@nixCraft Good thing I don't use anything Microsoft
@nixCraft The obvious attempt by big tech (Microsoft and Google) to squash Firefox the last man standing in their quest for a total monopoly is stomach turning.
@nixCraft We should all use Firefox.
Another issue I see is Outlook (I have to use for work) works like shit on Windows Firefox, but works fine via Thunderbird on GNU/Linux.
@nixCraft how is this legal
@nixCraft the last comment from the MS emoyee is so much worth reading
@nixCraft it still (?) works for me. Firefox and a yubikey 5 nfc
@nixCraft is that a discovery though? Teams is already unusable with Firefox...
