Scrivener is my writing software of choice. I particularly love syncing documents via Dropbox, allowing me to easily move back and forth between the desktop and mobile phone app without losing my place.
Interestingly, I appear to be having more success doing my creative writing on the mobile phone and tackling the editing on the desktop.
The end-of-finger focus of the mobile phone writing seems to promote similar productivity advantages to writing long hand.
