9) Breakthrough #400m performance for Rachel McCann of #QUB at the Irish Universities Championships in Dublin

Rachel's winning time of 53.31 was a new championship record. It also moved her to 7th place on the Indoor Irish All-Time list, exceeding her outdoor best!

4) Sharlene Mawdsley now lies in 4th place on the Irish indoor #400m all time list.

An improvement of 12/100ths will see see her move into 2nd place above greats Karen Shinkins and Phil Healy
