Grâce à Open Terms Archive, on peut identifier que certains contenus qui étaient interdits sont autorisés sur Instagram, Facebook et Threads depuis le 7 janvier : Désigner des personnes comme (lignes 1338 à 1342) : Certains objets (les femmes comme des objets du quotidien ou des propriétés ou objets en général ; les personnes noires comme du matériel agricole ; désigner les transgenres ou personnes non binaires par le déterminant « ça ») ;
Cette réécriture ajoute des autorisations claires : Nous autorisons les allégations de maladie mentale ou d’anormalité lorsqu’elles sont fondées sur le genre ou l’orientation sexuelle, compte tenu du discours politique et religieux sur le transgendérisme2 et l’homosexualité1 (ligne 1346). Nous autorisons les contenus qui plaident en faveur de discriminations fondées sur le sexe biologique dans l’armée, les forces de l’ordre ou l’enseignement. Nous autorisons également ces contenus fondés sur l’orientation sexuelle, lorsqu’ils s’appuient sur des croyances religieuses1 (ligne 1340). L’utilisation d’un « langage discriminant sur la base du sexe biologique ou du genre lorsque des personnes […] appellent à la discrimination ou utilisent un langage insultant dans le contexte d’une discussion politique ou religieuse, tels que les droits des personnes transgenres, l’immigration ou l’homosexualité. Explicit permissions now include insulting language in discussions on sensitive topics like transgender rights and immigration, while some restrictions, such as dehumanizing comparisons or calls for exclusion, have been removed.

Depuis le 23 septembre, #Telegram divulgue les adresses IP et les numéros de téléphone de ses utilisateurs à la suite d’une « ordonnance valide des autorités judiciaires compétentes ». Les nouvelles conditions d’utilisation indiquent désormais comme interdites « les activités reconnues comme illégales dans la majorité des pays » et citent comme exemple la maltraitance sur mineur et la vente de biens et services illégaux tels que les drogues, les armes à feu et les faux papiers.

Since September 23, #Telegram discloses users’ IP addresses and phone numbers following “a valid order from the relevant judicial authorities”. The updated #TermsOfService now list as forbidden “activities that are recognized as illegal in the majority of countries”, and cites as example child abuse and the selling or offering of illegal goods and services such as drugs, firearms, and forged documents.

So, the big 26th of June planned update to the Meta #Privacy Policy ends up being a little cleanup with things such as “Ray-Ban Stories” being replaced by “smart glasses” and the addition of a nice detailed explanation of “how [their] ads system works”.

Ce qui est marrant, c'est que seule la version du 9ème arrondissement offre les frais de retour en point relais. La version du 12ème arrondissement ne mentionne que les frais de retour « par transporteur à votre charge ».

X updated their Developer Terms last night, mostly renaming every mention of “#Twitter” to “X”… but also adding a #DSA #Article40 provision on data access to researchers, explicitly forbidding to use that access to assess systemic risk beyond the #EU 🇪🇺
