Don't you just love it when you work in customer service and you get that one customer who *really* pushes their luck?

I had someone in my job today who literally demanded I gave her money back on her bill because she had to wait for a long time to get through on the phone. I was thinking 'Seriously? If I gave back money to every caller who had a long wait on the line, the company I work for would be going into administration!'

Christmas. It's not that I'm not grateful for the business, but lots of the folks that come in this time of year only come in this time of year. I miss the regular customers that come in the rest of the year - the enthusiasts. Is this how priests feel about Christmas, too?
