So let me get this straight: The so-called "originalists" on the Supreme Court have essentially given the U.S. president the power of monarchs. Just days before the 4th of July, mind you. The hypocrisy is staggering.

If I were an #Optimist, I'd say that now there is now ABSOLUTELY NO WAY DONALD T**** WILL EVER BE PRESIDENT. 
If #Biden wins, no worries. #democracy continues.
If #Biden loses, he now has the authority to arrest, deport, whatever #TheOrangeMenace or at the very least "refuse to step down" (send our own #FakeElectors; foster a #riot to disrupt the #certification, etc) to a #ClearAndPresentDanger like Donald T****. #TrumpVsUS #AboveTheLaw #Immune

The chances he will abuse his authority are slim to none.
There is a strong possibility the next @Potus will get as many as 3 #SCotUS picks. We've seen what a Court with just THREE T**** appointees can do to rip up the #Constitution. Imagine a Court with SIX T**** appointees! 
Biden with a Dem controlled #Congress will codify #Roe and he will sign it.
We've already seen what T**** was willing to do when he was still constrained by the law. Imagine.

One thing I was thinking of was what does the path look like for undoing this ruling? Can it only be achieved by taking over the supreme court? Or can it be achieved through legislative means?
He would only need 2 picks technically to get to a 5-4 democratic court right?

Well, one of the likely #SCotUS opening is Sotomayor, so if she's one of the 3 openings, it doesn't change the balance of the court (unless she's one of three.)
That leaves Congress.
If Congress fails to be an option, that just leaves trust that #Biden won't abuse his power (as T**** most assuredly will.)
Then the problem is put on hold for 4 more years. #TrumpVsUS #Immunity Ruling
