Tomorrow I'll be heading to Charlottesville to spend the night, and will be having #surgery on Thursday morning at UVA.
If I'm able to get on Mastodon any time soon, it will be because of Dilaudid, so expect any post I make to be completely unhinged.

@violenteastcoastcity I'm sorry you had to have this done, but glad you are recovering nicely. I suspect I have EDS but no one in Kansas City knows how to diagnose it. I'm having a surgery on Wednesday for my heart. EEEEK.
@steamedcarrot Oh my goodness, good luck to you! Please keep us here on the intertubes posted on your recovery. I'm sorry there's no one near you who knows how to diagnose, let alone treat, EDS. I don't know who to send you to, but you might want to check out the Washington DC EDS Society for resources. They've been a life-saver for me.
